Booked a King water-view on tall tower with breakfast, parking, discount included. Got switched to a 2-full beds parking lot view. Nope. Finally ended up with a water view - totally obstructed by a palm tree - 2 twin beds, no breakfast, no free parking. They did give us a $40 resort credit. All-in-all, not staying at another Hilton.

Great hotel but check in took forever. Don’t bother trying to get coffee in the morning took almost an hour to get one ice coffee. Food is good but is way overpriced don’t order in. Staff very friendly.

Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful during checkin. Failed to tell us that our room was in a separate building many buildings away. Hotel was way to crowded, all lines for checking, coffee etc. were extremely long. Unable to use $20 food and beverage credit because we couldn’t even get near the coffee cafe it was so crowded.
