The batrhoom, the shampoo and soup were empty, only two towels, bathroom sink vanity to small no space to place any thing on counter. Breakfast hour until 9:00 is not enough untill 10 would be better.

In 4 day Just one day, they cleaned my room and the fridge wasn't working and I didn't get To watch the super bowl. I will never go back to that hotel.

The hotel was dirty and poorly taken care of. The walls are stained and beat up. The sheets had stains on them. One of the blankets even had blood on it. I didn’t even want to stay the night in the room. It was so dirty.

Booked the room with the jacuzzi bath tub. Almost didn’t because of the price but decided whatever, I could relax in the bath tub because my back was really killing me. Our jacuzzi didn’t work so it was really pointless and disappointing. That was an extra $100 I could have put towards just getting a massage. Lame!

A great deal for the price. Absolutely no complaints just a few little things you might change. We look for clean, safe, comfortable and convenient and they check all the blocks. Only drawback is getting, on foot, to a decent restaurant. Surprised that they don’t have airport shuttle. An Uber ride is inexpensive.

They use a virtual check-in assistant. It's a guy on a screen who works somewhere overseas. That being said, it felt just like checking in with someone standing right in front of you.
