I was at this hotel for a total of 5 hours. The shuttle does not run all night and when I arrived past midnight they asked if I would mind changing from a room with two beds to a room with one person since I was only 1 person - I replied I don't care as long as there is a bed I have to check out at 5am to catch my flight and won't have time there anyways. Not only was the hotel extremely overpriced and dirty, no water even available in vending machine, in a terrible area but I was then charged $69.60 for the apparent upgrade I never wanted in the first place!! I'm appalled and will never stay at a best western again
