Our corner room had the most beautiful view,and we had a wonderful patio extending out to both sides. There was comfortable furniture on the patio with a lounger. I didn't even need to go the beach because I was already there!! The bed was super comfortable and they had Champagne awaiting us on arrival.
The oceanfront restaurant and bar was set up to see the ocean views and was laid back and comfortable. The food was also very delicious and we especially liked the basket of bread, vegetables with various spreads like hummus.
The hotel is in a perfect location for walking by the ocean or through the park and Diamond Head is across the street.
There is also a coffee shop and a small grocery store outside the hotel.
The negatives- The hallway to our room was desolate of decor, worn carpeting, and banged up walls. Maybe they are redecorating but there was no sign or indication of this. But, when we got to our room, we were very happy.
This is not a fancy hotel but a nice place to relax with great vocean views, great food, convenience and comfortable bed and linens and also very clean. I would definitely stay there anytime we are in Honolulu.
