Great Stay and Convinent!
The hotel has a great location, parking lot is very convinent, but the staff was not friendly at all. The front desk personell treated us so poorly, we didn’t feel welcomed. The Lady at the bistro was so sweet when we picke up our breakfast in the morning. The housekeeping ladies dont even acknowledge you, we left our room around 11:30 and had request our room to be done and it did not. We were not provided with new towels even though they were requested. We called the front desk and the gentleman who had treated us at check in literally gave us the towel with such a bad attitude, everything else was ok, just the personal needs to make you feel welcomed especially when tour far away from home, they didn’t even bother to explain to us the bistro or amenities or anything like that. I would stay again because the location is awesome but the personel needs to step it up, or you will loose customers.

The lobby was clean and somewhat vacant, and they gave us a handicap room for some reason. It didn’t appear to have many staying there, we saw very few people. We were there only one night so didn’t bother to go back to desk for reassignment. Shower drained to center of bathroom so floor was always icky in the bathroom. The lights were on, but seemed dark as well. It seemed expensive for this odd experience.

We had a confirmed reservation at 5:30 pm Texas time. When we arrived to check in, we were met by the manager with a letter at the check in desk, the gist of which was the management team decided my family and I were NOT staying at the Courtyard and we were rebooked into the Radisson down the street, which was NOT the Courtyard! The three people ahead of me in line were checked in, but you had time to compose a letter for me?? Instead of two queen beds, it was one bed and a sofa!! Also my reservation was prepaid and was Jan. 24-25. My family and I were in a strange city after dark. What the hell is going on and what are you going to do about it?? Had I known sooner, I could have booked a place I wanted to stay at.
