Last minute booking, as needed to be close to St. Pancras for the Eurostar. Friendly staff, but aside from that, this is an over-priced hotel that is in need of an upgrade. Had 2 single beds, as was travelling with my daughter, but the duvets on the beds were for double beds and very thick. The beds were ok, but the pillows were old and very thin. Could not control the heat from the towel rail in the bathroom - it was very hot and heated up the rest of the room so much that we had to turn on the noisy aircon. I don't mind wet shower rooms, but you then need to make sure that the drain is efficient or there is a small ledge to stop the water running everywhere - unfortunately they had neither, so the entire floor of the bathroom was flooded. Also the fan in the bathroom didn't appear to work, so the mist from the shower took ages to go.
Not impressed at all.
