Very convenient to multiple terminals at Heathrow. Instructions on the website about bus transportation was very helpful. Dining on site was convenient and food and service were more than adequate. Staff were invariably pleasant and friendly.

Good but not excellent
Overall I thought this stay was 'fine' but not excellent. My room had lights shining directly into the window destroying any option of leaving the curtains open once these lights came on. The bed was comfortable, the TV a good size although it appeared I needed to download something onto my phone just to get a TV guide - I have enough on there already without any more so didn't bother. There was the standard hot drinks, good to see decaff and bottled water but don't expect biscuits. The bathroom had a stained bathtub that was a little off-putting and the shower really lacked any pressure but the toiletries were good quality however the towels smelled liked they had been scorched in the tumble dryer which spoilt the effect sadly. Breakfast was quite good, especially for a self service arrangement. Checkout went well. It is worth noting the car park is underground and you will need to carry luggage up/down stairs when accessing it as there was no lift.

We stayed one night at this hotel. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and pleasant. The lady at the check in counter was extremely polite, courteous and friendly. She also explained various options of going to Central London. The room was squeaky clean.

A struggle to sleep
It’s an airport hotel, so the atmosphere is more transit lounge than anything else. It’s what we expected. Not expected was the bizarrely dry air in our room. It seemed ok, but by the middle of the night it was really uncomfortable. An opening window would have fixed it, but there wasn’t one. Won’t stay again.
