Spacious bedroom. Very clean. Compact bathroom but good products to use. Reusable water bottle and filter water on every level to refill. Very quiet and no noise which was impressive considering their location.

Clean and good-looking room. Loved the shutters on the window, kept out all the light from the street and let me have a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm; there was a control panel for the heating so you could choose the temperature you wanted. I had one of the single rooms, which are the cheapest, and it was still a good size. The room had an overall feeling of quality. The only weird thing was there was no door in my ensuite bathroom! I also think they should have some instructions on how to work the heating and phone - I worked it out eventually though. The free water bottle and bar of chocolate were a really nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was due to an interaction with a member of staff who said he would report us to management when my friend accidentally knocked a glass over and told us we’d be possibly be charged. This seemed a rather disproportionate response to accidental damage which we did try to clean up ourselves. All other staff were lovely and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated.
