I booked a suite on the 14th floor for my last night in the UK. It was all surprisingly affordable. Even the In-Room dining was much cheaper than many hotels I'd stayed in and had a really good selection. The app (though I fumbled around with it at first) made a lot of things really straightforward. The suite itself was beautiful, having a view of both the Clocktower and the London Eye. The bathtub temperature was easy to regulate. The bedroom itself was really comfortable and the bed was not "over made" (I didn't have to tug at the sheets real hard to get in). I didn't have time to try some of the other hotel services, but given the opportunity, I'd definitely like to stay again.
