Since there was no alternative nearby, I had dinner twice at the hotel's restaurant. The menu is very poor. It does not suit this kind of hotel. The waiters were friendly but the service was exhaustingly slow, it took 15 minutes for the soup to arrive, and they didn't even serve glass tap water without asking.
When I came to my room at 5:30pm on the second day, cleaning had not been done yet, after I called the service.
The spiral shower in the bathroom was not working because the shower mechanism was broken. Only one small size hand soap is left in the bathroom daily. They left two bottles of water daily. There is no minibar in the room.
The breakfast service was good, the food was relatively delicious. But again For the price of 22 pounds, the open buffet was poor.
To get to this hotel from Heathrow, I paid 118 pounds for a taxi, 95 pounds on the way return. There is no metro station nearby.
Last evening, I asked for a wake up call for 4:00 pm. However, no one called the room till I went to reception at 4:50 am.
