The property is very convenient, very close to the Kensington High Street Tube station with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The lobby is very impressive and the checkin experience went fine. The rooms themselves are average, reasonable value for the money.

Enjoyed our 6 night stay very much. Comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. All staff helpful and friendly. Especially appreciate the staff in the restaurant, all very attentive and cheerful.
