Good: Property is close to Queensway, with its many shopping and food options. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are within walking distance, and the nearby Underground will take you any place. Rooms are well equipped and housekeeping is excellent. None of this every third day rubbish. It’s great to go out on the town and return to a clean, made up room. Bad: There is a basement floor, and while that isn’t bad in and of itself, when your room is directly below the front entrance, as ours was, from your ceiling you hear a constant parade of people and rolling suitcases from 0600-0700 onwards. Not a great accommodation at nearly £300 a night.

This was a much nicer hotel than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The downstairs area is very lovely and clean and the room was also clean, comfortable and was perfect for one nights stay. I would definitely stay here again, also so close to so many shops and restaurants and two tube stops.

Our room was nice and small but it worked for our one night stay. We slept very comfortably. It was close to dining and some shopping. For some reason the address and navigation took us to the alley but we were able to find our way to the main entrance. Our room was close to the restrooms/toilets and maybe storage areas? Which made it a little noisy. But we would definitely stay here again.
