Positives: you are right in the heart of everything Cabo has to offer. Nice pool area. Big rooms. Friendly attentive staff. Close to many restaurants. Negatives: it’s very loud, as the neighboring bars are literally right next door. As soon as you walk outside you will be accosted by vendors the entire time you are walking around. Food and drinks are EXPENSIVE! The onsite restaurant food is very average. It’s definitely not a peaceful atmosphere.

There is a party bar between the resort and the beach. If your room is on that side or the hotel, its a bit noisy from Noon til 9pm. Otherwise resort is super clean with great service. The lounge was too quiet, wish it was a bit busier. Drinks very pricey outside the 11 to noon and 3 to 4pm happy hours..... but so is all of Cabo.

The only thing that I was disappointed by was that we purchased an Executive Suit which was supposed to be on the fourth floor and up according to their own website. We were on the third but we didn’t say anything and enjoyed every moment we were there.
