My husband and I stayed here last week and it was the best vacation ever. The staff were so amazing, helped and kind to everyone. Our room was incredible with an amazing view. I visited this location on 2/11/24, stayed for 4 nights with my husband, 21yo daughter, 17 yo daughter, 12yo son and 1 year old grand daughter. This resort had something for all of us! Drinks were good, food was better than i expected, pools were clean, plenty of seating, and most importantly the staff was very kind and helpful. Water park was a little on the smaller size, but there were plenty of pools to enjoy. Being that I had children with me, I could appreciate that the area I was in was more calm and family friendly while still having a swim up bar for the adults. The pools overseeing the beach were definitely the party area but still decent to have the kids around just louder. Resort was nicely located. My only complaint would be the lack of entertainment on the resort. Over all I recommend this resort and plan on visiting again.

This was our second time here. Enjoy the property, but had trouble with maintenance, it took three requests to get hot water in our room. Enjoy this property. A little loud at night and doors to rooms slam and can be heard down hallways due to tiled floors snd walls, sounds carry. Plenty of food, drink and activities. Beautiful view of ocean and harbor.

Noisy, REALLY terrible food, uncomfortable bed, and misleading package deal = overall poor rating. First of all the food. Breakfast was the only decent meal-but only because I could get yogurt & fruit-you can’t really mess that up. Why is there nowhere to get real coffees on site? The lunch “taco” carts, burger and hot dog buffets were disgusting. All dinner options just the cheapest cuts of meat and poorly prepared side dishes. Plus there were flies everywhere swarming the food. Second, my room seemed to have no insulation against noise. That plus terrible beds meant little sleep. Lastly, the advertised “resort credit” in the package is actually just coupons in small denominations. For example, $10 off a $200 spa package. Many of the coupons are for off resort excursions. For me to have used the $630 of “credit” I would have had to have spent thousands of extra dollars. Such a disappointment at least the weather cooperated.
