Clean and update rooms. Nice outdoor bar and restaurant. Rooms on road side of hotel are noisy due to alot traffic f traffic going by.

We expected better
Unfortunately, it should have been better. I get it that they feel the discounted room rate ($300/night!) was cheaper than usual for them, but it was a lot of money to US! I've stayed in lesser priced hotels that were more comfortable and cleaner than this one... but they don't seem to care as it's location and the staff seem to be used to minimal effort. The AC unit barely kept our room cool enough and made it hard to sleep comfortably at night because we were too hot. The floors were definitely dirty as we saw on our socks that we walked around in because we knew better than to walk barefoot in a hotel. And, there were prior peoples hair still on the bathroom floor and in our shower on arrival which was gross. Needless to say, we had to clean up some to feel comfortable

Air conditioning did not work properly and did not cool room sufficiently. Waiters at Bay Front Dining were inexperienced and took 45 minutes from the time we sat down to get our drinks. Check out was at 11 a.m: with 12 noon option not available.

I can’t express how lovely everyone was. The room was beautiful with reading lights and with an incredible view. The music, food and drinks were delicious. The Staff, especially Brittany were great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
