The facility smells like weed and cigarettes. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and the sheets were dirty and cigarettes hole.

There was no help with my big bags right from when I arrived. Music kept playing at night in the background. I felt unsafe with the general environment and had to get food from across the street, from a deli. Clean bathroom though.

Everything is good, nice and clean, the only thing is that the person working at the counter should do the same as the other staff outside. It is better if they do their work instead of watching others. Viewing again and again makes the customer uncomfortable. Hope you understand and improve the thing with working staff. This thing is disturbed other tourists to. Thanks

The 3 floor smells like weed and is extremely noisy then I was moved to the 4th floor they sent me to a room they were in the middle of cleaning and told us to wait in the hall that room had a mirror facing the bed which made me uncomfortable then I was moved to another room an the sheets were stained it just was overall nasty not to mention the lighters and rolling papers in the vending machine
