Warning: This is not a normal hotel. The rooms are rented out by a (very rude) 3rd party company and there is not anyone at the front desk after 6pm. This means that if your room has any issues.. you are stuck with it. We arrived to a room that smelled so awful of bleach that it was uninhabitable. In a normal hotel, this is no problem- kindly ask the front desk for a different room. But in this case, there was no front desk. Our only option was to book a whole other hotel to stay in, wasting hundreds of dollars. What made things worse was the awful awful customer service representative from the 3rd party. She refused to refund us anything for the following nights that we wouldn't be staying.. and was very rude and insulting in the process. The whole experience felt very scammy. Please save yourself time, mental energy, and money.. Stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

What was lovely about the establishment was the Location being near to all Disney Theme parks, a pool thats available for usage, the laundry component, and overall the Cleanliness and safety feature of the Pin code lock! Amazing stay

The hotel was OK for the price. No one at the front desk after 6pm. At lest that’s what we were told by the man in the lobby that takes care of AirB&B. The reason we needed someone was. One ice machine and it wasn’t working at 8 pm. It was working in the AM ? Possibly on a timer ? Game room looks good but most of the games are broken. ( Staging) IE: Air hockey, PlayStation and connect 4. Also fitness room looked OK but no one working to open it. Breakfast was Very good. Although the person checking you in for breakfast didn’t do anything else. I should say the room showed a url code you could scan and a # to call ( no room phone ), but also said they were there 7am -12 am. I guess if you want self service it’s ok but the price should be better if that’s the case.

It is a hotel just to sleep and have a breakfast. However, they charge a resort fee per day, but the hotel is not a resort. It a hotel that offers clean and friendly rooms to sleep and next day have a breakfast and leave whenever you go. I was expecting better areas, like a restaurant.
