It is a very nice place to stay lots to do, close to shopping and Disney. If you need anything you just have to ask and they will bring it to you

I have stay at this property before and never had a issue. We stay on 3/20/2024 we registered late at night 11:00 pm and we got the last room and the bathroom was not what we were expecting this is something I would expect at a $50 dollars a night not at a $200 dollars a night. I let the manager Gabriela Rodriguez know this morning but nothing was done or offered I gave the manager pictures of what the toilet looks like and the shower with mold and still did not hear back.

The staff were consistently, pleasant and friendly throughout the resort. The resort was very clean and well attended to.

First I was shocked to see that it was a condo village NOT a hotel. Second the path outlined after our long traffic fueled trip was blocked due to construction NOT advised to us so we parked and began the long walk to building 10 which took us about 10 minutes with luggage to locate. Then we needed to figure out where the room was Third floor again not described by the slow and not helpful person who checked us in. Needless to say Inwas ticked off to begin with after being asked twice for my credit card and to sign and then placing a hold in my card (why I’ve paid already through Expedia) then she was unable could to and I could not look up my Bonvoy number the app did not work in the lobby due to no my security and no WiFi so that added to my aggravation (likely no points due to booking thru Expedia anyway but what a horrible guest experience all the way around.

Highly recommend, great for families. Safe and secure location. Pool was heated and clean, pool bar and azzula pizza cafe was excellent. Starbucks coffee in the morning was awesome! Resort next to Walgreens, chik fila and McDonald’s. Less than 10 mins from Disney.
