Hours to check in via 1 check in staff. I was told a person quit and another never showed up. I get it, but from a business standpoint, refunds should have been issued for those that wanted that option because there was no way to check in all those people by 3 pm and still be there a full day to check out in the morning.

This hotel was awful. The smell, the size of the bedrooms, the condition of the rooms and in general was terrible. Never staying there again!

Very disappointed
Killed a cockroach after entering. Carpet had giant stains. Only place to sit was on bed - no chairs for table or desk. Fridge cabinet had half door missing. Smoke detector hanging from wires. Bath light fixture had no cover - exposed wiring. Many rooms near office with hasp and padlocks. Other roo.s had door frames pushed in. We had 2nd floor room 370 away from hwy 192 noise. Neighbors can out of room every 20 to 30 minutes to smoke and speaking loudly up til 1 o'clock. Front desk girls stayed in back office most of time before checking time because rooms weren't ready on time to be rented. Long line of guests waiting for any reception contact before checking time. Surprisingly the lobby is very nice and clean and beautifully decorated, but it's deceptive of the room we got. They had 2 security officer stationed in the lobby. When we checked out the sheriff was pulling in. Our room had no washcloths or hand towels. Tried calling for some from room phone but gave up after 4 minutes of ringing. Asked the non-English maid for some and she indicated they had no more to offer. Restaurants and bar still not open since covid.

Couldn’t even check in
We were unable to check in due to a like out the door and a security guard giving us a business card of the manager saying the hotel was completely booked and even making a reservation prior did not guarantee us a room because at that time there were no rooms available to check into.

Poor rating and should of known
I arrived and took approx 30 min to check in! 1 person working the desk and if you booked 3rd party you were not promised a room and were turned away. Arrived in room …no garbage can, no wash clothes, no coffee/tea, no hygiene supplies… walls were dirty, saw 3 different bugs during my stay, phone did not work.

Nasty Resort
This Resort is not kept up. Meets to be renovated, No phone in the room, carpet was stained , the bathroom door was broken had a big crack, the front door didn’t shut correctly, the room safe had no door I guess you get what you pay for … would not recommend staying here… I immediately left as I did not feel safe
