The property was in a great location. The room was very spacious for the money. Staff was VERY friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee which is not disclosed. While it was only $19 it is the first hotel to charge a parking fee that was not valet.

Hotel is good Some of the staff members are super nice. For the price I would expect a hotel that's more maintained. AC unit in the room was very noisy The toilet wasn't so great at flushing… Little details that adds up. With the price tag I would expect better amenities, and more fresh utilities

The hotel lobby is lovely, there was no heat anywhere and it was freezing in the lobby and the room was frigid. Since it was cold outdoors also, the vacation was disrupted. We spoke with all of the desk staff and they agreed totally. We asked for the manager but did not get a call. We are having family stay there this week and totally told them the situation. I also have good friends going the beginning of March and have told them the situation. I dont know what they will decide to do. The bathroom was totally dangerous. I am 80 years old and decided not take anymore showers because I didnt want to fall. The location is the best so maybe you can do something about the rest. Shelley Lynnworth
