I NEVER write bad reviews but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, when we got there, there was a crusty used face cloth on the bathroom door, the tissue box looked like someone pulled them all out and stuffed them back in. They only clean every 3 days but don’t give you enough toilet paper and towels. When we asked for some they never brought them. Only nice thing was the view and the pool area with the tiki bar. Do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property because I don’t like a building with many many floors. Our room was situated a short walk from the parking lot! Very pleasant staff! Thank you!

The pictures of the property isn't exactly as glamorous as it is portrayed on the website. I recently stayed and the customer service/front desk representatives Nikki and Shardia are very evasive and non helping. I asked for the manager and assistance MULTIPLE times pertaining to my stay and all they stated to me was "He will contact you" and gave me the name of Deveny. I never heard from him or anyone else for that matter. Do not waste your time or money here.

The staff, Ashley and Nicole were very nice to welcome Us. We had a small plumbing problem and Donavin the maintaince person was there very quick to help us with this. He was a very nice and helpful person. We thank you all. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this holel to others. We will surely come back.

It was great as always but I did reserve a king bed room and I got a double queen room. No biggie though. The floor isn't the cleanest and they could upgrade their TV's to at least smart tvs so you can cast your favorite apps/shows. The beds are always super comfy and I've never seen bugs!

Great motel for price
First room I requested off of hotels.com, was a suite w two queens, but when I checked in the suite only had one king and not ocean front. So I showed the AGM and he ensured I got placed in a cabana room right on the beach. Rooms recently remodeled, new beds, new linens. Only complaint there was NO water pressure at all in room 121.
