As everyone has mentioned, the hotel is older and the rooms are small, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the location for getting around the city. This place was the perfect choice for our 5 day trip to London.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Comfortable beds and room spotlessly clean. Bathroom could do with a little updating. Breakfast really good. Good value for money.
