Quite disappointing on all fronts!
We were really disappointed at how basic this hotel was. There were numerous errors from staff - we were told the manager had called back at our request, when he hadn't (we hadn't left the room), we booked extras (the spa and late checkout) yet the staff had no record of this. We were given an extra complimentary hour to vacate our room, yet our key card deactivated so were left on the doorstep, so to speak. Overall and especially as we had booked this hotel for our wedding stay, we were very disappointed. The 'Grand' room we paid extra for was disappointing. Hardly any natural light and tiny high-up windows. The mini-bar fridge was broken and dirty too. The bed and pillows were comfy however!

Great hotel
Very spacious room, very clean, good breakfast. Staff very friendly & helpful. The temperature of the room was very warm, but once we adjusted this, it was fine. Would definitely book this hotel again, very close to tube station & museums.
