A cheating booking
Room given absolutely not in line with booking. Disabled room with low sink, tight bed etc. Also the discount code due as silver member could not be used, with continued contradictory information of staff between various shifts . Completely not what should be expected from a Yotel hotel

This hotel was great from the moment I walked through the doors. The staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive. There is a nice bar in the lobby that also has a kitchen, and more snacks, coffee, and goodies available in the lobby as well. It smells very nice too! The room was nice, with a city view cool features such as led colored lighting, and a remote control bed. The shower was amazing with a waterfall head and they had plenty of amenities stocked up with nice hand soaps, body wash, shampoo etc. Cons: The bed was uncomfortable in my opinion, and the cleaning staff never came to our room to straighten up while we were gone all day the first and second day. This normally wouldve been fine with me but I would have loved some clean towels as they instructed to place all dirty towels in a pile on the floor for housekeeping to swap them out but when I returned, I came back to a pile of wet towels. Other than that, I would stay here again. The location is a little further than I would normally prefer from the main sight seeing attractions but I don't mind a little cardio. Oh and last thing, theres not really anywhere to put large luggage, my partner and I both had large suitcases.

Go alone or be very comfortable with partner
It was a very awkward room as the bathroom was a toilet partitioned off with glass walls and door, same with the shower. The bin for the toilet and the sink were outside. It really expects that the people staying in there are not very private with their toilette. Biggest issue is that this wasn't evident in the photos when I booked it.

Need to clad your waste pipes.you
This hotel was a really good option for a 1 night stayover. However, the room was very hot and you regularly got woken up by clearly hearing other people flush their toilets. That is yuck.
