Rooms & staff are nice, food good at Hannah's Table, BUT 1. Hotel registration is in the middle of the casino, you have to pull your luggage through the casino to check-in & then to the elevators to get to your room. 2. I checked in Friday afternoon & needed to extend my stay to Monday. Sunday-Thursday nights usually cheaper as they are not high demand nights. My Sunday night room rate was the same as my Friday & Saturday room rates. When asked why, I was told the hotel was busy Sunday night. I was also told I needed to check out Sunday morning & check-in for the new reservation. No issue there, as I could leave my luggage in the room because I would get the same room. 3. Friday at check-in for Sunday night's stay, they used my credit card to hold the room. Sunday morning I had to run my credit card again for the room rate, taxes, fees, and another security deposit. I'm hoping my credit card isn’t charged twice beacause at recheck-in Sunday morning, they couldn't see a Friday transaction or if it was used just to hold my reservation. 4. I left in the morning before 8:30 & returned just before 5 pm, my room wasn't cleaned. Called to ask why, was told room cleaning needs to be requested & not done daily. Many doors had the please clean me hanger still out. 5. Valet closed at 3 p.m. Sunday. I left my seminar at 2 pm to be at valet well before 3 pm & Valet was gone by 2:30. I am less than happy with my stay at J Resort. Will not recommend & will only stay again as a last option.
