The staff was amazing especially Kennedy and Arithea (apologies for the misspelling). She was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very nice and clean but the next door construction is a problem. At times sawdust from the wood cutting blew into the pool and on guest. Very annoying. But overall a wonderful hotel.

We had a great stay at the AC Hotel! Kid friendly, very clean, wonderful patio views, awesome lobby area with great cocktails and food menu. The beds, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. We loved the heated pool, especially on our rainy day there. However, because it is a spa pool, the type of chemical damaged/caused my daughter and my swim suit to completely fade. It also dried out my daughter’s hair. This is probably due to it being a spa pool. Next time we will wear old swim suits in it. The other thing to keep in mind is the significant construction going on next door. It wouldn’t have prevented us from staying because overall didn’t bother us but may bother some people.

The hotel is convenient and very friendly. Be aware if you pick the option to pay at the hotel “in your choice of currency “ that does NOT include a gift card. This is deceptive on the Hotels.com website.

My stay was good, the staff was friendly. They provided beach chairs unfortunately they were not near the hotel. We had to go far to the Ritz Carlton to use the chairs. There were beach chairs close to the hotel. We had to pay. I told the front desk and did not make me feel comfortable with there answer. I would have to give it some thought on rebooking this property.
