Entertainment is very good. Chanelin and Janilda from Entertainment Depratment and johnil as Jonny walker were very professional and very good. Managers on duty always asking if we need anything. Food is great in every restaurant. Rooms are very clean and most important all workers are kind and no attitude. I will come back here for sure.

Cons: significant wear inside the rooms (Im talking visible stains and tears on the couch, stuff like that). Outside hall noise very audible from inside the room early in the morning. Pool deck needs replaced - saw several slip or catch a nail sticking out. Pros: staff was extremely friendly - several of them truely made a point to chat with you and make it fun. Grounds were clean and beautiful. Some hit or miss food but overall pretty good and we would definitely return!

Service excellent (even if a tip wasn't given each time) especially servers around the pool and beach; we enjoyed Junior, Doris, Johnnie Walker, and Coco Chanel of the activities team; very professional dancers and musicians at the nighttime shows; food was better than at most all-inclusive resorts; plenty of chairs and towels available; very clean and well-maintained; no time-share pitches; no excessive selling on the beach; fun and relaxing
