This resort is great for families. The only issue is the timing of dinner for the very young. The buffet opens at 6:30pm which is late for most 4 and under crowd. Restaurants also open 6pm or later and then it does take at least 45 minutes for food to arrive at the table after the restaurant opens. After an energetic day in the sun, sands, water most would opt for an early dinner and bedtime

The property was very secure with who they let on or off the premises. The workers were very kind. They all spoke English for those who can’t speak Spanish. They’re very attentive and treat you as family with the care they give. The rooms were clean every single day. No weird smells or anything. The restaurants were great. Brass and Shoji were our favorites. The swim up bar had the strongest drinks. The sports bar has the best burgers. It was amazing. If I could come back I absolutely would!

The food at the resort was really bad- the wait time every single night to eat was unbearably annoying. Very understaffed and the place is extremely mismanaged- it is such a beautiful resort, but it just seems like everyone is lost. As for your room stay, ughh if you have asthma run... it is extremely hard to sleep in the rooms as there is an extremely potent amora of mold and mildew which sucks because the rooms are beautiful. They had to provide us an air purifier and oxygen machine which did work, but my hubby had to get up every 4 hours at night because the dehumidifier was beeping nonstop due to it being full of water. A great quiet place to relax on the adult side, but not much to do. The front desk was accommodating, but when you are allergic to mold there isn't much anyone can do. Happy Travels!

Truly satisfied with the resort services
We were very happy with the food and services. Every restaurant has a small child care area with staff to take care of the kids, friendly and responsibly. Management was nice and kind and lots of follow up from them to see if our stay was achieving 10 out of 10 in satisfaction. Pedro was very easy to talk to. Top small touches from the resort: Beach towels easy to access almost everywhere Quick room service, quick cleaning. Food quality and variety. Great concierge service, everything was smooth Delivery room service was great with the useful box to leave the food at the room entrance. Fitness center is super complete. Kids club was great!
