This Hotel is a complete scam. The food is terrible, there is only one beer served at all the bars and it is terrible also. only a couple of bars carried any liquor and the selection was very poor. The buffet food is awful. It has mostly pastas and pastries with some small dried out pieces of steak that were tough as leather. If you want to use a restaurant, you will be told that the only way you can do so is to wait 3 days for a 9:30 pm appointment. The only remedy to this is to sign up for their time share and then you will get to use the restaurants which I found out serve the same terrible meat as the buffet. $ times we had to call guest services to unclog our toilet because of it's poor construction. Each time took more than an hour to do, which sucks if your with your family and they need to use it. If you choose to stay here just know that you will be walking 1/2 mile each way to get to the buffet and 1 mile to get to the restaurants. One remedy I found was to lie and tell them that you had a reservation with the constringe as a VIP member and they will believe you and let you into the restaurant. Which is usually very empty. This is the scam they use to keep you away from the more expensive restaurants and keep you eating at the terrible Buffets. I will never go back to Punta Cana again. My money goes way farther with Cancun Seadust hotel. Finally, if you have an American phone, leave it at home. No matter what we did to prevent the roaming we were still charged $285

This was our first time visiting Punta Cana and Grand Sirenas. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the resort. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. We are already planning our next trip back to Grand Sirenas!

Property was great maybe need a bigger pool but all and all it was ok food selection need a little help and no type of night time entertainment also the sales pitch that happened and wasted 3 hours of my time was not ok while I was on vacation
