Our stay was great, only one night and didn’t check in till 6/7pm and checked out at 9.30, so a quick turnaround, however room clean, but bathroom could have been better, a little grimey round the edges, but nice clean towels, but shower gel dispenser empty…bottled water in room would be nice and ice machine in corridor like your competitors would be good!! Overall all good!!! Good breakfast!!

Convenient location for Queen Elizabeth centre, Staff nice and helpful, Rooms cleanness was ok but not great, Breakfast quite standard, cutlery not very clean. Holiday Inn has two hotels in the area with almost same names which could lead to confusion

Great hotel
Pleasant staff, welcoming, room was excellent-super comfy large bed. Yea and coffee facilities. Breakfast and evening meal were lovely. A very pleasant stay.

Hotel was comfortable and perfect for the ABBA concert. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in there and breakfast wasn’t good. Very busy, no where to sit, no sausages or croissants!
