Excellent overnight stay for early flight following morning. Very helpful and friendly staff. Transport to Heathrow terminals very easy (we used local public bus stop very close to hotel). Will definitely use again for future early flights.

A short stay, at Leonardo Hotel.
Overall, we had a nice enjoyable time, at the hotel. Being a Gold member (with Hotels.com), we managed to get an upgrade to the Executive Room, which was lovely. Having freshly made coffee, (sampled several varieties ), from the Nespresso machine was enjoyable too.

Just a few things off
I booked this hotel because the website said it was right near a shopping center-turns out it is alone all my itself in the middle of nowhere. The agent told there there was a pub a block and a half away-when I walked there, it was closed for over a year. Thankfully the food in the hotel was lovely. I froze all night as I couldn’t get the heat up and it was freezing. My body was ice to the touch. When I took a shower in the morning, the floor flooded as there is only a half door and the shower head was pointed out. I had to use all the towels to dry it up. Bed was comfortable besides me being to so cold. The service in the restaurant was great as was the food. Close to terminal 3 vis the Hopper, which they had texted me about.
