Everything went perfectly. The only issue we stumbled across was, there was no hot water one night and we couldnt have a shower or bath. But other that everything was perfect

It was a terrible experience. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Lights, tv and toilet flush not working properly. Staff at reception very rude, unpolite, not customer focused at all. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child and the sofa bed was not ready for us. Spent almost 1hr and half to open the sofa, which wasn’t working, eventually worked but not fitting in the room, so we had to wait to be moved in different room. In all this time very little communication from the staff, had to go to reception to speak with them again. Moved into a room that had little shower gel, toilet seat dirty, but couldn’t move anymore as my son was already asleep by that time. Would never come back here!!!!!!
